Between Archer's industry-leading training and my personal mentorship, you'll never be left to figure things out on your own.


How do commissions work?

You earn commissions every time you book eligible travel for your clients. Archer pays commissions directly to you twice each month, and travelers never pay extra for using a travel advisor. Cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, vacation packages, and more all offer commission opportunities, making it possible to build a real income while helping people create unforgettable vacations. With the most popular enrollment option, you'll earn 80% of the commission paid by the travel supplier.

Can I do this part-time?

Absolutely! One of my favorite things about this business is that it fits around your life—not the other way around. There are no quotas, no required hours, and no pressure to quit your current job. Many advisors begin by booking travel during evenings and weekends before deciding whether they want to grow into a full-time business. That's exactly how I started.

Can I earn money by referring others?

Yes—but only if that's something you want to do. Think of it like referring a friend for a job or recommending a business you genuinely love. If someone you refer decides to join our team, you'll receive referral income in addition to any travel commissions you earn. Some advisors focus solely on booking travel. Others enjoy mentoring and building a team. There isn't a right or wrong path—you get to choose what works best for you.

What kind of support will I receive?

Who can become a travel advisor?

If you're at least 18 years old and live in one of our eligible countries, you can apply to join our team. We currently welcome advisors from the **United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe, Mexico, Central America, South America, and many Caribbean nations. **If you're unsure whether your country is eligible, just reach out and I'll be happy to check for you.

What does it cost to get started?

There are three enrollment options depending on your goals and how quickly you'd like to grow.

  1. EVO Basics is $69.99 to enroll plus a $69.99 monthly business administration fee. It's a great entry point if you're just getting started. You'll earn 50% of commissions, receive your own personal booking website, access to over 100 travel suppliers, a business back office, training, and ongoing support.
  2. EVO Essentials is $89.99 to enroll plus an $89.99 monthly business administration fee. This is the option I recommend for most new advisors and is our most popular choice. You'll earn 80% of commissions while receiving everything included in EVO Basics, along with a higher commission split from day one. You can also upgrade from Basics at any time.
  3. EVO Bundle is $299 to enroll plus the $89.99 monthly business administration fee. It includes everything in EVO Essentials, plus more than $1,350 in travel perks, including cruise credits, hotel credits, flight credits, dining and resort credits, a convention ticket, and entry into monthly Hawaii vacation giveaways.
